I would agree that trust was probably abused in sharing that recording.
However, I don't understand why NATS would be so reluctant to share it and other recordings - the controller keeps a level head and promptly deals with the situation. As far as I'm concerned, it gives me as a passenger great confidence that the right kind of people are sitting in the tower.
