Having been caught in a similar situation, but with another virus, my solution was to re-format the flash drive. Load Ubuntu (or similar) from a CD so that it's running in virtual mode (or find a PC with it installed) and do a complete re-format of the flash drive.
Alternatively, dispose of the flash drive. If it's a small capacity one, they are not expensive.
