I want know if a certain merchant (wine.com) is currently offering a good deal (5points/dollar) as compared to their prior history.....I'm assuming that the merchant probably has a history as to whether say july vs september is bad for business and they typically offer more points at a certain time of year....i know there are many websites that compare what is the best offer at all the malls for the current month but I couldnt' find any history data.....anyone know any sites that offer historical points offerings?
