did you cancel Direct Pre orders online or over phone? I cancelled online a couple that I bought with the 1,000 offer and re-ordered when it was 2,000. Money still hasn't been refunded and points are still on my account.. Don't really want to have to phone them though...
Same position here. Cancelled 2 copies online on the 08th, recieved the cancellation email, but no refund on my card account. Have sent customer services an email and await a response.
