I did this flight today (AS845) and it was definitely different. No menus today either, which I thought was strange. The starter was a salad with crispy noodles and what seemed to be chicken (I sure hope it was chicken) in a barbecue-type sauce (kind of like pulled pork). The main was chicken with some sort of nice sauce (not the typical Huli Huli chicken), a biscuit-shaped mound of stuffing and broccolini. Not bad. The other entree was a pork dish, not sure what. The best part was dessert. Vanilla ice cream with warm bananas in a caramel sauce. Yummy.
