I imagine that it's at a bit more.

Churning a single credit card
(1 Chase Ultimate Reward Card for ~50k points)

10 minutes: Application
5 minutes: Swap the card out of your wallet
30 minutes: Swapping all of your spending
20 minutes to cancel the card.

Cash value of Ultimate reward points ~$500.
Mile value of Ultimate reward points ~$850

As always there are probably diminishing marginal returns.
