My son and DIL are traveling from BUF to SAN in FC. They wanted to bring my granddaughter who is will be two and a half by that time. She is a tiny little thing and would not raise an eyebrow for traveling under two. But they are afraid they will be asked for a birth certificate. Is there a policy on this?

I Bought Her a Seat in First Class. Over and done with. Thanks for your input. She'll be in her carseat for her flights.
