Hi

I flew July 2nd - arrived July 3rd in Bangkok on Thai air , my A3 number was on the booking ,

But so far the miles have not posted , which means I am not Gold yet ( I would have 25K miles once posted) and do not get the extra bag allowance ,

So my shopping has pretty much stopped until I know the miles will post and I would be Star Gold,

Is there anything I can do ? Do you think the holdup is on the Thai side or A3 ? I could go to the Thai Air office but I do not know if that will do any good !

Any ideas or has this happened to you ?
