Well, I signed up and bought three points and tried two zones in Boston for an upcoming stay 7/29-8/1. Both times I got an email saying it was sold out and the point would be returned. The points haven't been returned yet and I guess I have no way of knowing if NYOP is sold out, but there are plenty of Express Deals in the zones I checked.
