I've just looked at the difference between a flexible F return to HKG and an A bucket. The difference is £3600. That will easily cover your extra 90 minutes in the lounge, though if you want to book for tomorrow, they are still prepared to sell A buckets. I can see why people would throw away the returns though as a single is only £80 shy of 8k
