I stayed there for one night in April shortly after they opened, and would say that the interior design is excellent (or fabulous, to put it in their over-the-top vocabulary) from the bathroom to the moving lip images in the elevators. The Kitchen also made use of a lot of colorful candy to spruce things up (a minus was that it was sometimes hard to tell the difference between the food for display and what was for the taking).
The pool and spa were not fully open yet when I visited, but both looked very enticing.
It was however not without teething problems though: Internet connection in the room was not working, and the staff at FD failed to ask if I wanted to use RMB or my native currency to pay. They used my currency instead, and the foreign exchange charged to my card was ridiculously worse than market price. I called to ask why and they didn't seem to be able to handle this, and offered me only free Internet on my next visit.
In terms of service, staff were still not as forthcoming or "genuine" as what one got at W Hong Kong. I'm not sure if they were just shy about greeting guests or they felt they could get away if the managers weren't around.
