No upgrade here on a three night stay last week, but I was welcomed at check-in as a Diamond member and told that the hotel was fully booked.

Breakfast in the basement breakfast room was adequate, just. Having observed the behaviour of some fellow guests, taking enough muffins and fruit to feed a family for several days, I imagine the hotel would need to employ additional security staff if they started offering more/better food.

Good location, clean, but basic and closer in feel to a HGI than a Hilton. Not good value for the price we paid, which was only around 10% or so less than we've paid for the IC and Hilton on Park Lane. The location worked for us this time, but I don't imagine we'll return.
