I don't think they've migrated as far north as ABZ, as our bags weren't tagged on our recent trip to JFK, however, our bags were out pretty quick (3 bags) and we were quickly through customs, there still seemed to be a large amount of people waiting for their bags and more still waiting to get through immigration.

Our return to ABZ had the yellow tags on the bags, last bags off the plane.
