Can't Access Mobile Boarding Pass

So I completed online check-in and had a mobile pass sent to me for the 1440 CX253 today (16Jul). I've completed the bag drop and I'm now at the gate but I can't access my mobile boarding pass even though it worked earlier. Any ideas why?
