This is apart from the paper checks you send for from bluebird which are free until end of Aug. I will use those paper checks to pay for taxes and Church contributions and who ever I need to hand a paper check to. These checks must be pre-authorized on line first and you receive a code to write on the check and then sign the front in the space provided. Instruction are included in front of every check packet.
So far all of the Bill Pay I do is elec, and I guess with the info you posted, I would just used my BB checks to pay anything that could not be sent elec.
