DFW without question. While not high-risk, you are not out of hurricane season entirely at that time. Also, while MIA is not a totally unfortunate airport, I find connecting there to be more of a hassle. Aircraft is the same on both routes...a rickety old 763. Agree with the extra hour of sleep being a benefit.
