I have not been there recently but The Adler used not to be a bad choice if you are into boutique hotel. Located in Barrio Salamanca.

Close by Unico Hotel, on Claudio Coello, might be an option but I have not been there myself. I think their restaurant got michelin starred recently (two stars I seems to remember)...
