I sent in the family registration form, marriage license and driver's licenses for both me and my husband on 7/11 via email. 7/12, I received the reply saying my request has been completed successfully and I should be able to view the details once I log in to my account. Indeed, it was all set up.

However, booking a partner airline award ticket is taking a bit longer.
