Slightly OT but it bugs me here at CPH that the ATC automatically use Danish with SAS flights (at least on ground). Not so bad when the SAS crew is Danish but it occasionally causes problems with Swedish or Norwegian crews who have to ask for it to be repeated in English.
I've never figured out why they don't just speak English to everyone, it'd make things much easier.
