Thread transferred to Hilton forum because it pertains to an HHonors discrepancy.

Look at the pdf or paper version of your American Express statement. If it shows that you earned only 38 points, deal with American Express. If it shows a larger number, contact Hilton to ask why the amount posted is less than the amount sent by American Express.
