Have you attempted to verify which of your individual segments are eligible for Chauffeur Drive? The DFW-BNE-SYD and SYD-LAX flights are operated by Qantas and LAX-DFW operated by American. The Chauffeur Drive booking page shows I am only eligible for the free pickup/dropoff service for these...
