Have you tried to check the website baggage rules of the first airline?
I haven't checked yet, the jargon is over my head. my first PNR would be UA and the second PNR would be SQ. Do you think UA would send my bag straight to PEK? or do I have to pick it up from LAX and check it in with SQ to get it to PEK?
