Advice: LAX-CHI on miles...
All these airlines, except southwest, have close in reward fees. So, you'll be stuck paying miles plus cash, unless you are elite. Also, neither DL, UA, US nor AA have saver availability on the return. So you'll have to pay more.
In Southwest, 28-31 seems to be the lowest number of southwest points at 14520+13920 rt. Slightly more for the non-stop. Not a bad deal.
Unfortunately you don't have enough southwest points for that. You can 1) transfer from chase UR, or 2) you can try to find a trade in coupon connection.
