A family member asked a question that I am hoping someone knows the answer too. He would like to apply for the 50K visa for his wife but she is a stay at home mom and has no income of her own. They don't live in a community property state but would he be able to put his income in the application ? Otherwise her separate income would be zero ? They do own a home jointly as we'll as bank account and money market and stock.
