I use this dramatic language because I lost three award tickets due to name changes ... of which I requested only the first one.

The worst one was when I had to show a UA agent my ID and 1K card to sign the (then common) 'bluey' to confirm an award for a friend and took this as license to change the name on the award to mine ... by deleting the award and not getting it anymore ...
