We never had a problem getting new Business cards with open Business cards so we just cancelled them before the AF came due as they don't do retention offers on Business cards AFAIK. Others have had problems so it makes sense to close them after the bonus posts.
So I should start pruning the herd of Citi cards with no annual fees? The AF isn't due on both till December, but would it still be a good idea to cancel one of them?

Citi gave me a HUGE CL on my most recent AAdvantage Biz card, double what they normally give me.
