The ink plus already has an annual fee plus access to partner transfers so not sure where CSP will fit in in terms of spending. It's also worth weighing the benefits of having points/cash back/etc spread amongst three different programs and the minor loss you
might take by putting all your spend in one program.
Considering that you can find redemptions of UA miles worth between 2 and 3CPM, possibly more, and TYP being worth around 1CPP, the loss will be easily replaced by having the convenience of having the points in the same program, and that's not really factoring in point value, since it's kind of fluid.
If you downgrade the Ink Plus to a Classic/Cash you can transfer the UR points to CSP to transfer to a partner.
Between the rotating categories on the Freedom, the 2x on gas, dining and travel, you'll have a vast majority of points as a bonus category, or able to be a bonus category through buying gift cards to these merchants. I'd settle for having the small amount of purchases not covered under there as 1.07x just to have all my spend in the same program.
