Agree there's a problem and have faced it myself ex-JFK several times on the last flight of the day to YYZ and 8:20p (supposedly). The inbound is consistently an hour late but AAEagle refuses to acknowledge late departure of the inbound and thus change the departure time until about the scheduled boarding time (which itself is a fiction on AA Eagle). Five flights, five delays of at least an hour. It's time AA adjusts the schedule to reflect this ongoing delay. Such fictions should really be addressed.
