"Operated or marketed by..." BA sold the ticket...my receipt is from BA, not EI, hence the flight has been marketed by BA. Hard to see how that logic can be argued with.
I do see the "both" in the T & C's, though. I still find it to be somewhat bizarre, though.
Again in the case of my paid (by my German client) from LHR to DUS the ticket was sold by Lufthansa and the receipt was a Lufty one.
