Just saw some photos that some stewards jump into the lane for VAT refund in Milan MXP airport and some crew claim that they have priority to be served first in GST/VAT refund at Milan MXP airport Italty as there is a sign board shows "Crew first' at that lane.

I have never been in MXP, does anyone have seen this kind board at MXP or somewhere else?
