I gave this service a shot a few months ago, and it seemed fine. Paid in $5 to get 5 points, and looked up two areas - I had 3 points remaining. I went to log in today, and my account with its points has mysteriously disappeared. (This is also evidenced by the fact that I was able to make a new account with my previous login information.)

Not sure what's going on.

Update: I'm in contact with the operator (coolwulf) and the issue is being resolved!
