Out of four quoted only one is cheaper than 50 eur, i quoted (and on agoda it is even 43 euros), and FYI all of the hotels in your list are three stars.
One can argue about validity of the rating, but that is what it is.
Also FYI holiday inn berlin mitte (that is also 3 stars) is MAD far from actual "Mitte" - I stayed there for a week, so I know.
So, unfortunately, disqualified, since you are quoting 3-stars hotels for 40% higher prices, when this is a 4-star. Exactly like another FTer, that is comparing this deal to IC Warsaw for some weird reason. That was also the reason I switched the conversation with you to euros, because you were quoting that currency and not the one I was using.
Just kidding, but you are not comparing apples to apples.
