The OP will be able to use the Aer Lingus lounge at Boston. It is a new faciity just along the same corridor from the BA lounge. Its small but looks pretty smart.
To be fair, it was the OP that threw out the DWKIA type comment stating a sense of entitlement due to 8000TPs and seems to just be a rebut to that
The whole thing does seem like a pointless hissy fit since , indeed, the OP will be entitled to access to EI's lounge since he is travelling in business class
