We never had a problem getting new Business cards with open Business cards so we just cancelled them before the AF came due as they don't do retention offers on Business cards AFAIK. Others have had problems so it makes sense to close them after the bonus posts.
do you usually try to move over the credit limit when you close so your utilization percentage does not change your credit score? I know citi will not merge cards anymore but a call asking to move credit limit from 1 citi honors card to another must be amusing
