-the companion cert - basically a no brainer for anyone who every travels coach once a year with a companion on the same itin on AS metal.
I am still hanging onto the VISA for nothing other than the companion certificate. I use it for high value trips (i.e. transcon) where I figure it saves me $400 or more dollars.

Like everyone else I am disappointed by the chipping away of benefits, but this benefit alone is worth it for me.
