If you look above on that page, the term "Card Account" is defined as a "Platinum Delta SkyMiles
Business Credit Card". So the bolded text in your post is correct -- it is possible to receive Miles Boosts from multiple DL Amex cards if they are not the exact same product (as many others on FT have reported based on their personal experience).

This is NOT true. In 2014, the combined spending across all of your DL Amex cards will count toward the $25k MQD waiver. BUT spending is not combined for the purposes of calculating Miles Boosts.

You will receive the extra Miles Boost, just as the Amex rep told you.

Nope. All $25k must be on the same card in order to get a Miles Boost.
