Wondering if hotels.com or booking.com is valid for BRG? I know Olotel is not valid. I found hotels.com has a potential BRG but it is non-refundable rate. I am just not sure the chance that hotels.com will be honour for BRG.

I and my friend will go to Los Angeles for sightseeing, can I and my friend book under different names for BRG?
