In the past, the HI Montego Bay was 35K points. Then there was this year's increase in points, and the hotel was listed at...35K points. No extra points were taken out of my account after my stay, and it was absolutely all-inclusive, so in my mind they dropped the hotel to the 25K level and added the 10K surcharge.
