Hoping to get some help.

I rented a vehicle from Alamo tonight with unlimited mileage.

My understanding is with most car rental companies, unlimited = 3000 miles.

But the contract simply says unlimited. I've Googled my fingers off but I cannot confirm this.

Mother in law was diagnosed 3 days ago with cancer, but she's in L.A., and we're in NC.

I'd need at least 6000 miles to do the trip.

Can anyone advise or point me to a link the confirms or denies a mileage cap on unlimited miles?
