This is simply a rant about a series of unconnected things by someone who seems to want to find problems with everything. No wonder US effectively fired him as a customer and presumably hopes that he does not come back.
As to the sandwich, stuff happens. It's unfortunate, they apologized onboard, offered him a replacement, told OP how to seek a refund and that's that. But, for some reason, that's too much trouble and he wants to go another route.
The rest of the stuff is petty and doesn't have anything to do with the sandwich.
If OP thinks that life is better on UA, that's what he should fly.
