Yes. The OP has likely also overreacted ... I'd never touch a Biz award because of a spelling mistake.

The only place where everyone goes insane about a perfect match of passport-ticket-boarding pass is OZ .... QF recently denied boarding to a colleague of mine who has a ticket issued here in SIN and first-last name were swapped .... which of course perfectly normal for Asia .
