I have a reservation through Priceline and called the hotel to request a crib, was transferred through to the reservations department who told me I could not add any requests to my reservation and would just have to ask upon check-in??

Is there another way for me to submit my request? I'd like to know ahead of my arrival in case I need to bring a portable crib myself.
