Apologies if this isn't the right place for this type of product.

I have 2 $500 USD rewards cards which can only be used 'like' credit.

I would like to simply get that $1000 into a bank account but can't think how.

When the bank tries to withdraw the funds, it says denied. The card issuer says this is not possible and they can't have funds withdrawn.

I could just spend the 1k, but don't need to right now and then I get no CC rewards for that spend.

These cards have NO PIN, they place a 20% auto gratuity hold when used at certain merchants (making it difficult to get the balances to zero). I just want the money off these soon to expire cards and be able to spend as I wish via CC.
