I think Waikiki Beachcomber Resort may also be one.

Reads to me as though you can book a Reward Night for the normal Points but if you want to 'upgrade' to all-inclusive it's an additional 10k per night.

Seems pretty reasonable to me but as a Platinum I would be thinking of booking a normal room and getting a free upgrade, subject to availability of course ;-)
