$950 isn't that much, I hope you didn't mention that multiple times in your communication with USAir, it rubs off as DYKWIA

You were offered a replacement sandwich. Should have taken it. File a dispute if you feel strongly about it, you will likely win it.

Why did you sit on the dirty seat and not ask the FA to find you a clean/dry seat?
