That's the problem -- certain cards are ineligible, in the sense that, same card to be sure, but offer as originally tendered did not include the 10K dividend miles annually. This includes cards that do give the 10K PQMs for $25,000 in annual purchases.
I would rather get the 10k PQM than the 10k RDMs every year
