It's a long time since i worked in bars, i own several of my own companies now doing completely different things and love and enjoy my working life. But i did enjoy working in bars. Meeting new and interesting people every day, pretty exciting and fulfilling job and i always enjoyed people who knew about the drink they were drinking, be it beer, rum, vodka, wine or champagne. I learn a lot from other people, one customer in particular fascinated me with his knowledge of rum, one of my favourite drinks.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz - OOOPS! I do beg your pardon, just nodded off for a bit in the middle of all that, what were you saying?
