I have come to a conclusion on what I believe had happened in this crash, and I also believe that the administration knows and is spoon feeding information to control the situation. I do not believe it was pilot error. I will say more at a later date after the NTSB concludes its own internal investigation and I will do a line by line analysis IF information is altered or not included in the final report.

People keep saying it was pilot error when it clearly was left ambiguous as to the positions of the internal controls and the information stored in the black boxes.

If the NTSB falsifies such report, I expect the Pilots Union and Asiana will have legal merit to sue this administration and the government. I believe legal counsel will be on hand for such a lawsuit and I expect and believe there will be websites along with others giving out more information disputing the situation and providing specific details as well as lawsuits trying to gain more information over a multiyear period.
