Wow these horrible Delta stories keep coming! What an awful airline. It is disgusting to see the corporation is more protected than the consumer. Consumers need rights and protections against airlines like Delta. Delta needs new leadership that favors customer service and an employee culture that is actually willing to help the people who pay their salaries.
