I often go via MIA as so little available to/from the caribbean (the NAS/GCM flight is typically always full anyway so no surprise). Oddly First usually has by far the most availability from MIA (guessing no one pays for it from MIA due to half the flights being old F), but when the A380s start the MIA route, that may very well change.
